Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations are accepted after an order is placed — all sales are final.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
- We offer replacements (no cash refunds) under the following conditions, with a package-opening video required:
- You received the wrong item or a product is missing, or The item has a manufacturing defect.
- Once we verify the issue from the video, we will dispatch a replacement free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygienic and sanitary reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange — this includes replacement requests for these items.
How to Request a Replacement
- Record a video while opening the package, clearly showing the product and its condition (Video must be Uncut & Unedited)
- Send the video to our support team within 7 days of delivery.
- After review, we will initiate the replacement process at no extra cost.
Additional Details

- We reserve the right to decline any replacement claim if video evidence is missing or inconclusive.
